mixed experience at the spa hotel
food crumbsmissing robes
our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival i found food crumbs on the carpet the trash bin hadn't been emptied and there were also some small flies i told the receptionist who only offered complimentary slippers additionally our room was missing robes

The breakfast buffet offered many options, including fresh pastries and fruit. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The spa area had a large variety of treatments available.
The gym equipment looked slightly outdated.

breakfast offered a good variety of choices.
The room lacked basic amenities. We only received a couple of small shower gel packets and two bars of hard soap. there was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or bottle of water provided. we even had to purchase our own disposable slippers.
